Customer agrees by placing this order, not to reverse this Credit Card transaction for any reason what so ever.  Customer also agrees to pay all attorney fees and litigation costs associated with such a reversal for all parties involved.  Customer also agrees, if a lawsuit is filed, it must be filed in Hamilton County, Illinois, 62859.
